Pastor Jimmy Odukoya has a new wife, and on Sunday, November 1, he introduced her to his congregation. Speaking to his congregation at Fountain of Life Church in Ilupeju, Lagos, he explained why he had been looking for a partner.
“Ever since I became a pastor, I have been doing this work of life alone. The Bible said it’s not good. I was looking and searching, and I found. I am sure some of you saw the post; some people said Is it artwork? It is my wife, so allow me to introduce to you for the first time, Pastor Mrs. Mo. Odukoya, my wife. A new First Lady,” he said.
His wife is the daughter of Reverend Theophilus and Bolaji Daniel.
Pastor Tunde Bakare of The Citadel Global Community Church officiated the marriage blessing in the United States.
The introduction came days after the cleric sparked speculation with a social media photograph showing two hands wearing wedding rings.
Odukoya is the son of the late Pastor Taiwo and Bimbo Odukoya. He was previously married to Kemi in 2013, and they have two children together.
