At least one person has been reported dead and others injured as a trailer hits an Okada carrying a woman and her baby today on Kara Bridge, Ogun state.

The baby on the back of the Okada passenger reportedly died on the spot of the accident and the mother injured.
According to reports, the accident occurred when the driver lost control which made the trailer plunge into the river leaving its head on the bridge.
The driver of the trailer with two other persons was believed to have fallen into the river with the part of the vehicle.
Channels Television spoke with an official of the Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC), he confirmed that those who died and those injured have been cleared from the scene of the accident.
