Speaking from her experiences in the spotlight, she highlighted how unchecked habits erode unions.
In her post, Judy declared social media as a major hidden threat.
She wrote, 'Social media is one of the biggest problem most people are having in their marriages today. They worst part is they don't even know.'
She stressed proactive change over blame, 'You MUST be intentional with your partner if you want a happy marriage!!! Most people rather play victim than be intentional with their partners. I mean INTENTIONAL in every aspect of you lives.'
