Residents of Special Site in Pankshin Local Government Area of Plateau State, were thrown into shock and outrage after the bodies of aborted twins were discovered at a refuse dump.
The foetuses, identified as a male and female and estimated to be over five months old, were found inside a polythene bag behind the residence of a commercial driver, Enman Danladi.

According to Danladi, the discovery was made after a local farmer noticed a dog persistently sniffing at the bag, which was already swarming with flies.
The farmer reportedly chased the dog away several times before opening the bag and making the discovery, after which he raised the alarm.
Following the incident, Danladi and about eight neighbours gathered at the scene and buried the remains in a shallow grave within the area, reports VANGUARD.
Residents expressed anger and sorrow, condemning the act, while some women were seen weeping openly, particularly one who was said to be battling infertility.
