Nigeria’s Super Eagles dropped two places in the current FIFA/Coca-Cola world rankings, from 34th to 36th.
On Thursday, FIFA’s official website published the rating.
The Super Eagles are still in fifth place in Africa, behind Senegal, Tunisia, Morocco, and AFCON champions Algeria.
Liberia’s Lone Stars, who will face the Eagles in a 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier next month, dropped six places to 150th.
While Cape Verde jumps from 77th to 76th place.
Meanwhile, Belgium and Brazil remained top and second in the world, respectively, with France displacing England in the third position.
Italy, the European champions, are in fourth place, while England is in fifth.
On November 25, 2021, the next FIFA ranking will be released.
