A 14-year-old orphan girl simply identified as Favour has been allegedly diagnosed with HIV as a result of the sexual abuse she suffered in the hands of some wicked people.
The victim was reportedly picked up by a philanthropist, Paulcy Cyprian, at Control Park area of Owerri, Imo state.
The victim revealed how she was sexually abused and molested by random persons while she was homeless and slept at the motor park.
After she was taken to the hospital and had some tests run on her, which resulted in HIV Positive.
Efforts are now being made to send her to a welfare center and get her anti-retro-viral drugs among other things.
