Moms Need Self-esteem. Powerful ways to give them
As we grow up, you realize that the woman who is usually the center of the home, where all the requests, grievances, and expectations converge – the mothers – are also subject to weaknesses, family environment, sorrow, illness, and death.
In homes where, unfortunately, the mother is missing, for one reason or another, things may even go well, if the man of the house is very skillful, but in most cases, a home without a mother is not the same thing as where there is a loving and committed woman.
Why does a woman have low self-esteem?
The reasons can be diverse: marital problems, children’s illnesses, financial problems, depression, etc. It is worth noting here that women are usually much stronger than men, both in dealing with diseases and in bravely fighting to protect their offspring. In these questions, there are men who only see a syringe already fall out of breath.
But, strong as they are, women occasionally stumble. And what to do when it happens? How to raise a mother’s self-esteem?
When these things happen, the danger is to walk home to risky situations. For example, a mother who thinks only of her children, forgetting that she is also a woman and has a husband who wants her attention can make the relationship cool and jeopardize the marriage.
Possible solutions to this are too much conversation, the woman explaining to her husband and children what she is going through, and asking for more help and collaboration from them. There are women who think it their duty to do all the housework!
Nowadays this is already a thing of the past, and women should teach their children from a young age that they have their responsibilities in order and household chores.
Time for her alone
When children are babies, it is difficult for the mother to have time alone for her, but as the children grow up, it is crucial that the woman has time alone for her to read, watch her favorite movies, do things she likes, make crafts, or even study a profession for which you have predilection and skill.
Such skills, usually at certain stages of the couple’s life, can save the family in times of unemployment and other family difficulties.
Excessive vanity, like all excesses is bad. Mothers, however, also need to take care of themselves, for their own good (to raise their self-esteem) and also to please their partners, which, in return, will usually revert to the benefit of the woman and the marriage.
Women should set aside a buck to keep themselves neat, reasonably well-done nails, tidy hair, etc. Although men may not commend details, they realize very well if a woman is neat or totally sloppy.
More serious cases
Low self-esteem may also be rooted in inferiority complexes, excess shyness, or trauma of the most varied. In this case, expert assistance becomes necessary. We never tire of warning everyone about the dangers of depression, which can lead women (as well as men) to commit extreme acts.
