Lionel Messi has overtaken Cristiano Ronaldo as the highest earner in world football, according to France Football magazine.
The Barcelona superstar is way long in figures this current season pulling almost €126 million in salary, bonuses and commercial revenue while his great Real Madrid rival is making €94mn.
Last season ‘Ronaldo’ led with €87.5mn. And Messi was on €76.5mn. But the chart has changed now, with Messi’s new contract this season. Manchester United’s Manager Jose Mourinho tops the manager’s chart
