Man beats up his Mother, Reason will Shock you
Alphonce Onyango, a Kenyan, 28, has allegedly beaten up his mother.
According to reports, the man beat up his mother because the mother didn’t cook his favourite meal for him. Also, his mother refused to buy a new mobile phone for him.
According to the police report, the mother to the accused was cooking for her family when the accused arrived drunk and he started to demand to be served his favourite dish, ‘managu,’ with beef and ugali.
His mother, however, told him that they had not prepared what he wanted. Angry, the man threatened to blow his nose in the cooking pot to mess whatever she was preparing for super.
Moreover, the accused complained that his younger brother has been favoured by his elderly mother, Josphine Okoth. He also accused his mother of giving a new phone to the younger sibling, though he was the eldest.
The prosecution states that the mother brushed him off that he was already grown up, a statement that irritated him in front of other siblings.
For this reason, he began roughing up his mother and he threatened to hit her.
Luckily, his sickly father arrived in time and attempted to cool him down. But he turned against his father and beat him up before vanishing.
The police have arrested the culprit after the parents reported to issue to the police. Alphonce Onyango however, denied the allegation levelled against him, pleading for leniency.
He was set free on Sh10,000 cash bail. The matter is set for hearing on June 11, 2018.
