The Federal High Court in Lagos on Tuesday had adjourned a court sitting till September 5, 2017, in the suit case seeking for the fundamental rights enforcement of alleged kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, popularly known an Evans.
The Federal High Court in court in Lagos had fixed Tuesday to deliver its judgment on the alleged kidnapper.
Though the court had fixed August 29th to deliver its judgement, Justice Abdulaziz Anka set a new date after the police brought applications seeking to set aside the delivering of the judgment on the alleged kidnapper.
