The Joint Christian Ministers Crusade which was established by Rev. Dr. David Kayode Aboderin has inaugurated its Youth foundation on the 19th of December 2017.

JCMC since its establishment has been holding various programs for Adults, both Men and Women but the Crusade has now decided to include the Youth in its reach.
The first conference for the youth was held by JCMC on the 19th of December 2017 at the Faith Family Bible Church (FFBC), Ojodu, Berger, Lagos state.

During the conference, the convener of JCMC, Rev. Dr. David Kayode Aboderin called the executives of JCMC Youth Foundation and prayed for them.

He also called out the coordinator of JCMC Youth Foundation, in the person of Pastor Blessing Lydia Oluwatunbi. She and the executives were prayed for by the convener.

Speaking to dailyfamily.ng about the Mission of JCMC, Prophet James Adelaja Apata, Chairman, JCMC Ojodu chapter said:
“JCMC, Joint Christian Ministers Crusade started close to 15 to 20 years ago, the aim and vision of JCMC is for Ministers to jointly take the mantle of Jesus. The idea is that there is no single church, individual Pastor or minister that can take the land for Christ. That is the platform on which JCMC operates.
Prophet Adelaja Apata said JCMC have branches that are spread all over states in Nigeria, in Lagos, Ogun, other South-western states and so on.

He also spoke about why the Youth arm of JCMC was established, He said: “The leadership deemed it fit to start the Youth arm because whatever the adult are doing and they are not extending to the Youth may eventually not see the light of the day. So, the leadership is seeing the importance of bringing the youth up to extend the work.”
Prophet Apata also mentioned the future plans JCMC has for the youth, he said: “The leadership intends to bring a lot of other youth empowerment because when the youth are not engaged, the devil might seize the opportunity to destroy their future. So, as we move into 2018, the leadership is looking into better ways of impacting the youth and thereby impacting the community.”
