Augustine Azuka “Jay-Jay” Okocha is a Nigerian former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder.
Jay-Jay, as he is widely known, is a quick and skilful player and he was highly regarded as the best Nigerian footballer of his generation and one of the greatest African players of all time.
The football legend was also known for his confidence, technique, creativity, and dribbling skills.
Jay-Jay is a dual Nigerian-Turkish citizen, having acquired Turkish citizenship as “Muhammet Yavuz” while playing for Süper Lig team Fenerbahçe.
