Germany crashes out of World Cup, loses to South Korea

Defending World Cup Champions Germany suffered a humiliating exit from Russia 2018 after finishing bottom of Group F.

Germany finished bottom in the group after a 2-0 defeat against South Korea. Sweden topped the group after a 3-0 win against Mexico.
South Korea are also going home but two very late goals have eliminated the Low’s side, who fail to get past the opening stage of a World Cup for the first time since 1938.
For the fourth time in five World Cup tournaments, the defending champions exit the competition at the group stage.
