Swipha Pharma Nigeria Limited workers including elderly people and pregnant women are currently protesting the bad leadership of their company.

Dailyfamily.ng gathered that they were shut out of the company by the new Managing Director, Gabby Elkhoury for not agreeing to his new terms of operation.
The workers are holding a peaceful protest outside the company where they are singing solidarity songs, praying and dancing.
Our correspondent asked a pregnant woman why she was protesting in her state but she replied: “I am fighting for my right, a Lebanese wants to turn us into slaves in our country.”
The workers complained that the new MD had re-arranged a lot of things in the company which has been affecting them negatively.
It was gathered that after the company was bought by the new management, there had been changes of which the new MD had cut off all bonuses including Christmas bonus, leave allowances and so many others.
The retirees also complained that they were being denied gratuity after serving the company for so many years.
Dailyfamily.ng was however not able to reach the management as it was gathered that had been absent since the company was shut.
