The President of Family Booster Ministry International, Pastor Bisi Adewale spoke about the reasons parents should avoid sending their children to boarding schools.

Pastor Bisi Adewale mentioned this while he was teaching on the topic, Trans-generational parenting at the Ministry’s monthly program tagged Breakthrough for Singles and Married.

He said: “Boarding school is not of the Lord, Train your children at home.”
Pastor Bisi Adewale backed up his conviction about parents not sending their children to boarding school when he asked the congregation to open their Bibles to Deuteronomy 6:6-7 where it is written that parents must teach their children in their house.
He said children are meant to speak to their parents about issues affecting them and not to housemasters at the dormitories of their boarding houses.
Pastor Bisi Adewale cited an example of a 9-year-old girl that died at the boarding school because her parents were absent and she was sick. He also said children at boarding schools are being taught mostly by their peers which eventually affect them negatively.
According to the Man of God, Transgenerational Parenting is the command of God to all parents and it starts from choosing the right partner in marriage.
Pastor Bisi Adewale defined Transgenerational Parenting as parenting that allows you to pass your values to your children and your children also pass to their own children unto other generations.
He said God is a transgenerational God and this is why He is called the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
