Breaking: Hoodlums Storm Senate Chamber, Steal Mace
As at 11:15 am, hoodlums stormed the Senate chamber making away with the mace.
The plenary is currently been disrupted as the sergeants-at-arms were seen battling with the men to retrieve the mace.
Deputy President of the Senate, Ike Ekweremadu, who presided, said the invaders would be punished while calling on senators to settle down for continuation of the proceeding.
Senator Omo Agege has been fingered in this menace, the mace which is a symbol of authority has disappeared into thin air.
