These are the 7 things that happy couples do before bed
When a couple’s relationship is healthy people notice from afar. They exchange affectionate glances, smile at each other, and resolve their daily issues with calm and wisdom. Many people observe and think that woman or man is very lucky even though it is not common these days to see couples who are really well.

There are 7 things couples do before bed that really transform the relationship and make it enjoyable and happy. They promote greater unity between the two in addition to strengthening each of the spouses. They are simple things and priceless.

1. Say “I love you” to each other
This phrase has the power to restore any trace of doubt and can dissolve heartache that may have occurred during the day, because it is not always possible to have a perfect day and the moods can end up generating some stress.

When at the end of the day the couple sincerely expresses their love, any doubt about the relationship is dispelled and a wave of peace is felt, bringing security and comfort. Having someone who truly has love is very important to any individual.

The sentence must be spoken with sincerity, eyes in the eye, besides being perceived by the many attitudes of the spouse.

2. Go to bed at the same time
The day is already one of separation for the couple, it is rare for couples who have the privilege of staying together most of the time. If everyone goes to sleep on their schedule, a distance is formed between them.

Couples who are really concerned about strengthening their relationship make an effort to go to bed at the same time, which increases their intimate connection.

3. Abandon mobile phones and other devices
One of the great lessons of couples with a strong relationship is that they set aside their mobile devices, television shows and any other gadgets that detract from their conversations and the time they have to share their moments.

This detachment includes dinner time, so the couple can talk about their day and other matters. They also do not check the cell phone just before bed, allowing the most important to be the company of each other.

4. Sleep well
Restful sleep is very important for each person and when not done can have serious consequences for the relationship because a person who does not rest enough can become selfish and end up hurting the partner.

Happy couples in their relationships recognize the importance of well-being and allow themselves to have a pleasant evening to always be well with their partners and their responsibilities.

5. Thank each other
Happy couples recognize the effort with a partner and declare them, conveying gratitude and joy at being with the spouse. This practice strengthens and conveys safety and good humor.
Instead of focusing on the negative, on the things to improve each one, the look for the positive brings more happiness in the relationship and individually, besides naturally promoting a desire to change in what needs to be perfect.

6. Talk about personal feelings
The openness to a frank conversation about feelings is a constant in strong couples. They trust and understand that their partners will not judge, on the contrary, will want to support and strengthen the spouse.

Talking about it at night whenever necessary will be beneficial to what you breathe and what you hear, as they will intensify your relationship.

In order to address one’s feelings in moments of anger or hurt caused by the partner, it is important to measure the words well so as not to make the outburst in accusation and instead to strengthen the bond end up destroying.

7. Exclusive room
The couple has a room just for them, and that’s important. Although children often come to sleep with their parents, it is important that they are taken to their own room.

This will bring more intimacy to the couple and avoid risks of bad feelings such as not having much esteem for the spouse or to think that the child is more important now.

These simple things transform marital life and can be started at any time. With a little effort and commitment, the couple can strengthen their relationship and make life much more enjoyable for each one.

Buhari: 12 million Nigerian children are afraid of attending school

post-image

According to President Buhari, 12 million children in the country have been traumatized and are frightened to attend  school because of the high prevalence of kidnapping.

On Tuesday, October 26, the President announced this during the launch of the Safe School Programme in Abuja.

The President, who was represented at the ceremony by his Chief of Staff, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, also stated that dealing with security concerns in the country has been difficult.

“The incessant attacks on the country’s education system such as kidnapping, abduction of pupils/students, increased activities of insurgence and general insecurity in our schools have exacerbated many factors responsible for the growing number of out-of-school children.

It is disheartening to note that even when the abducted students are released, the trauma of the incidences remains long in their minds; hence the plan to have teachers trained on psycho-social support.

APC: Nigerians still trust us, we will win 2023 elections convincingly

post-image

Nigeria’s ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), claims it would “convincingly” win the next gubernatorial election in Anambra and the presidential election in 2023.

John Akpanudoedehe, national secretary of the APC caretaker committee, said on Thursday, October 21 at the inauguration of the state congress appeal committee in Abuja that all members of the APC should see disagreements “within the party as family disputes and should not seek to destroy the platform which helped them in the past.”

“With the huge membership strength we have recorded during the last registration and revalidation exercise, there is no doubt that Nigerians still trust us and that we will win all the upcoming elections convincingly, starting from the governorship elections in Anambra, to Osun, Ekiti, and to the 2023 general election,” he said.

“Therefore, there is a greater need to sustain the trust of our party men and women and indeed all Nigerians.
