A simple change in your lifestyle can be what your body has been waiting for to function properly. Being intentional about how you live cannot be overemphasized when it comes to living a long life.

The following rules must be strictly adhered to if you want a long life:

Less soda, more water

Soda is not only a diet destroyer, it can also have an adverse effect on your overall health. Instead of drinking soda, drink plenty water. Water is life.

Less sugar, more fruits

Sugar is one of the culprits that cause gradual damage to human health. Instead of sugar, take enough fruits which is healthier and makes you look fresh

Less meat, more vegetable

For a healthy life, eat more of vegetables instead of meat. Vegetables aid digestion but red meat can stay in the digestive tract for days.

Fewer Words, more action

Instead of always talking without performance, speak less and let your actions do the talking.

 

Worry less, more sleep

Whatever you are going through, worrying will not solve it but will rather complicate matters. Sleep has been shown to improve overall health while sleep deprivation could result in diseases.

 

Less anger, more laughter

Laughter gladdens the heart and it improves your outlook. It makes you look younger than your age. But when you get angry and frown it makes you older than your age.

 

Less driving, more walking

Make sure you are always active by doing regular exercise. Instead of driving, walk. Don’t live a sedentary lifestyle
