It’s time to draw a line and set some limits if you’re in a relationship that makes you feel insignificant, lost, or useless. The following are the most important things you should never tolerate in a relationship.
1. Abuse of the emotions:
Emotional abuse is harder to identify than physical abuse because it can be disguised as punishment or buried behind a calm voice. Emotional abuse can take the form of manipulation or oppressive behaviour, and it often causes more injury than physical violence.
2. Embarrassment of one’s body:
Body shaming is cruel and degrading, as well as juvenile and based on inaccurate ideas. If your spouse continually criticizes your weight, body shape, colour, or any other part of your physical appearance, consider it a major red flag.
3. Physical Abuse:
It doesn’t matter how upset your partner is. If he attacks you, you should break up with him right away. If your spouse touches you with his hands once, there’s a strong chance he’ll do it again. Don’t put up with rudeness like this.
